not quite, no swap is really plug and play, you might have some wiring issues to play around with, do a search for "mini me" swaps and you'll get more info.

..

it should fit im doing a similar swap..d15b1 block with d16a6 head/intake manifold...this is the setup i plan on doing..

AirMass 4-2-1 Header
B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator w/ Gauge
D15B1 Block...Decked, Honed, Bottom-End Fully Balanced, Hot Tanked
D16A6 Head Milled .035 /Intake Manifold
D16A1 Pistons w/ D15Z1 Rods (should i get these shot-peened?)
Skunk2 Cam Gear

havent decided what camshaft im going to use either a JG301 or a Dealta 260 Regrind. my compression will be about 11.1 : 1

the heads were cast from the same mold so it'll fit. the D15 isn't so bad as long as your using a good tranny.
