F*** The System
Well I got a paraphenillia ticket about two months ago. I went to the probation officer today and they revoked my fucking license till I turn 18 (may 7th) and they may keep them if they arent satisfied with my "progress". They treat pot offenders like they are fucking child molesters. "If you smoke pot you have problems" they say.
I will explain why I got the ticket. I WAS A PASSENGER IN A TRUCK THAT HAD PARAPHENILLIA IN IT! AND THE DRIVER CLAIMED IT WAS ALL HIS! So just a fore-warning ask the driver if theres anything in the car before you go with them cause you can get fucked just by being there.

Man I hate cops, young kids in the town I live always have to leave waay early from home if they ever wanna get anyewre on time. Always searchin and askin dum questions

well, that's just hwo the system works. under the law, your is not private property like your house might be, so they can basically search it whenever they want without a warrant, and under the law it is up to you as a passenger to ensure that the driver does not have anything in the car that could get you in trouble. i know it sucks, but that is how it works.
one time i had my back seat folded down as i was driving, and a little bit of my dynamat stuck out from under the carpet, and the cop suddenly pulled out his gun when he saw it and made me get out of the car and on the ground and shit and i was handcuffed as he searched the trunk. i had to tell him like 10 times that it was sound deadening material. he thought i was smuggling drugs and shit. you just gotta be careful. whatever you do, be cooperative. yeah the system sucks, but it aint gonna change, so deal.

It was two state cops that like to be dicks to the people that hang out at the locks and Dam in my town. They are always up there talking to us making sure that we arent having any fun. If it would have been a local they probably would have just made up destroy it all and gave the driver a speeding ticket or some shit. The local guys understand what its like to live in this town because most of the grew up here and they know that the only entertainment is to get fucked up.

Law enforcement can only search your car under 2 circumstances:
1) If you let them. Kind of like a vampire; it can only enter your house if you invite it in. 2) They have visual/other physical evidence (i.e. smell) of illegal activities/contraband. Since most of you are young, you are a easy targets for this sort of harrassment. The next time law enforcement asks to search your car, just say "no". If they claim to smell marijuana smoke (a really popular excuse), deny it. If all this fails, I guess you could keep some rotten hamburger meat in a heavily sealed tupperware container; when the good officer opens that, stand back and laugh your ass off! Follow up with a WRITTEN complaint to their superior. Remember, letting them search your car will NOT make them your best buddy. They'll still give you a ticket for whatever minor offence they pulled you over for in the first place... And as another poster noted, this is their CAREER. In order to prove that they are doing their job, they need to produce as many petty drug 'busts' as possible. A small gold star in their book = a big hassle for you... Todd 91 SI/B16A

Yeah we have the state troopers in my town and like it was said before don't ever let them search you car. I let them because they kept harrassing me and my girl said just let them so I said fine why not. Well they took everything out of my car including my subs and then left after not finding anything. It took me forever to put it back in. I am not a fan of cops, but we do need them. I just think there are bigger problems than teens having fun.

Well they saw the roaches in the ashtray and then they never even asked to search the truck they just pulled us out of the truck. Then they attempted to say that we threw all the bags of pot we had out the window after we saw them. We didnt have any more. If the guy I was with would have just wnt slow instead of speeding up after we past them and we would have bailed the windows and lit up a cigarette like I wanted too there wouldnt have been any problems. BUT he was like They will know that we were smoking something if we bail the windows. I said well if they cant smell it then they cant do anything. But anyways 32 DAYS TILL I GET TO DRIVE MY BABY AGAIN!!!!
