Cereal?

As Im sitting here eating a bowl of Raisin Bran thinking am I the only one who hate's sugared cereals most of the crap my friends eat probably has the same affect as crack or speed
So what do you prefer
Sugar'd?
or Non-Sugar'd?
or if you don't eat cereal anymore did you eat the Sugary kind of healthy stuff
just wonderin'

i used to eat healthy cereals (regular cheerios, regular alpha-bets, etc.) up till when my mom left me at my aunt's house when i was around 4 years old.....had my first bowl of cap'n crunch...was never the same since...now even if i eat a healthy cereal, i have to put sugar on it

u cant beat crunchie nut cornflakes, but i cant afford them cos im a poor stundent and have to settle for plain cornflakes.

i like plain cheerios and honey nut cheerios. the honey crunch cornflakes are good too.

Sugary cereal = :apuke:. They seem to be all the rage in the US, but have yet to make a huge impact over here.
Then again, I don't usually have cereal for breakfast. But I do like the fruit filled ones like mini-wheats etc.

umm, right now for hte past 10 years ive had cereal for breakfast, im sick of it, lately, ive been cooking, PBJ sandwhiches, ham and cheese sand whitches, what i would usually eat for lunch.

I hate eating cereal for breakfast, it's so dry and bad. I'll eat the sugary stuff later in the day, but not often. I'm a much bigger fan of an omellet in the morning or some waffles. Something warm and fluffy.
