t-stat how to get to it

how do i take that plastic cover off so i can get to the t-stat..........99GTP

just twist the oil filler neck and it will come off, then you just pull the plastic cover off.

And there is a plastic nut on top of the plastic sheild on the 3800SC motors.

Oil filler neck, and plastic nut.

No worries! I thought maybe your car had an intercooler or something so the cover wouldnt fit and you just forgot....
