2006 oz rally.. best preformance mods

So i know its only an oz rally but its what i got and i have to make peace with the fact that its not an rally art or a evo. with that in mind what is the best (realistic) mod i can do to get as much power out of it that i can. with out getting a turbo.

First do the exhaust, get the cat converter out, run a pipe straight to the muffler. After that nice intake, and a speed chip. With all that you could get almost 75hp extra.

dude are you high ?? 75 hp you gotta be . youll get 10 to 15 hp the most out of all that. what the fuck is a speed chip ? lancer owners dont use speed chips what ever they are , we use a split second piggyback controller that controls the ecu you want parts check out roadracemotorsports and thell get you goin .dont listen to this queer .... 75 hp with an intake,exhaust and a speed chip will never happen with these cars ...homo. 75 hp did you for get NOS too.? dumb ass. oh btw keep the cat in youll need it for inspections and it creates back pressure witch you need or youll have no low end power at all. hope this helps coming from someone who owns one (ralliart) knows what there talkin about .
