Probably does but I am looking to spend less than $800 and the turbo was $100 and I am going to get a descent intercooler. So I want to spend $50 max on the manifold. I also can have an adapter plate built for free. If anyone out there has a Dx/std/cx I want the stock exhaust manifold.

the DX manifold is a standard 4-1 exhaust manifold.

I didnt think the VX had the "turbo manifold" but maybe im wrong. I know STD/HF/CX does

if im not mistaken, the CX is the canadian equivelant of the USDM DX which means it will not have that manifold. the CX they're talking about is the 92-95 USDM CX which has the STD/HF style manifold.
