ecu swap

i have a '91 crx hf i was wanting to put in an ecu for a '89 integra

my question is this.

will this hurt me alot or will it actually help me a little

It could possibly help AND hurt. It might help in the performance department because of a more aggressive fuel curve, but the 7800 rpm rev limit on the integra (PG7) ECU is most likely higher than your HF engine was built for, considering the HF rev limit is about 5400rpm or so. If you were to use the PG7 ECU, you might want to think about shaving some lead off your foot becaue too many times of revving it past 5800rpm or so and you can say bye bye to your engine.

95 civic head on crx Hf???

[b] [size=3] I've got a 91 CRX HF and I've got the opportunity to put a 95 Civic EX SOHC V-Tec head on it. Can I do that??? Is it safe on the 1.5L Hf block? I'll be getting all the wiring and exhaust manifold too.
