I know Im way out of my civic forums but I am hearing alot about motorex fo importing skylines do they have a web site if so what is it????
Im a young kid looking for a big future in the car industry. If I could get a r32 or a lower model over here for under 30k i would be the only 17 yr old with a skyline..... secretly that is. and how do you get aftermarket parts from japan??? thanks.

How does 27k sound http://www.rbmotoring.com/stocklist.html

MotoRex is www.motorex.net

Sean is part of www.rbmotoring.com now.

Aftermarket parts, you can go through MotoRex, or ebay.

Nice to see you on the boards again SkylineUSA.

When it comes to purchasing a legalized Motorex or RbMotoring is the only way to go. I've looked at about 10 other options and ended up getting mine from Motorex.
Another way to get parts is through calling compaines like HKS and Greddy. They won't have stuff on their US websites but they can get parts in for ya. Also, If you need parts that bad let me know. I've been ordering a lot of parts lately and I can hopefully get you some deals on some stuff.

If you get a Godzilla, then have money left over. Thats when you should worry about the body kits and etc.

www.takakaira.com if you care to look at what you cannot have, like me

T,
Actually not long at all. I get out of School on May 18th (WHOOHOO) No more school EVER!!! Then we are taking it on the Hot Rod Power Tour along with a couple of other cars May 29th. So basically I have between May 19th and May 28th to put on the Single Turbo kit, Intake Manifold, Intercooler,BOV, Set up a fuel system, Headers, and full exhaust, and tune it as best as possible. We are not going into the motor until after the Power Tour but we still want between 5 and 600 hp by the time the power tour hits. Question for ya. Rumor has it that these blocks don't take much more than 700hp. We were told that it would take an N-1 block to push into the 800 hp range like we want. However, if we put lighter internals in the car it should reduce the pressure on the block enough that we can get into our 800hp range right? Am I really going to have to put a new block in this S.O.B.? Also, would it be possible to simply bore and sleeve the block to strengthen it a bit?

By the way you can possibly buy Type R Hondas from j-garage.com. However they are not U.S. legal.

Mario is putting out over 1000hp to the ground and his block is a stock block.

So, as long as the block is seasoned, and machined you should be good to go.

Go here http://www.exvitermini.com it will give you the run down on what Mario has done.

Cool vids as well.

It appears though that when he went over 600 HP he bored out the motor though. I wonder if it was sleeved too.
