330xi Color Options...

Hello folks! New to the board and soon to be ordering a 330xi, premium package, sport package, manual trans. and some other toys. I am having the same problem that many of you have likely had when ordering your cars, color combinations. I am having a hard time deciding what interior/exterior color schemes to go with. I think I have come down to two exterior colors: Topaz Blue and Sapphire Black. Interior colors is where I am struggling. Does anyone have some pictures of their car with either one of those exterior colors. Especially the Topaz blue. Out of curiosity is it a popular color? I haven't seen many Topaz blue 330's at least not in the sedans in my area of PA. Any help or opinions would be appreciated. I would think some good looking interior colors for the topaz are grey or black. Black sapphire would probably look good with any of the interior color options that BMW offers. Any help, advice, opinions, and pictures are appreciated. Additionally, does anyone know if the 330xi has a 5 spd or a 6 spd. The dealer says a 5spd, and I know the performance package for the 330i's has a 6 speed, but the BMW USA website says 6 speed for the xi as well. Just looking for clarification.

Thanks.

Welcome to AF I love the Topaz Blue and that's actually the color I plan on getting on my 3-series when I graduate college. Personally I like the grey interior, but the sand is also very nice. I recently went to the BMWUSA site and it didn't show Topaz Blue as an option, only Orient Blue. Oh well that's my opinion on the colors, good luck with your decision.

Topaz Blue is no more, at least not for coupe / cabrio as of spring '03

Id go for Sapphire black with black leather interior. Almost too slick
