Speed Sensor on my 96 F150

I have a haynes manual and it doesn't show me where the speed sensor is located at?

It should be mounted on the rear drivers side of the transmission. It is an electrical sensor so there will be a 2 wire connection. Or it may be located on top of the rear end housing. That is dependant upon trim package and motor size.
