Help!

i have a question would Jetta TDi be able to take a MKIII Supra
the reason is b/c there is some kid in my class that thinks his moms car can beat a MkIII n/a
the numbers don't quite match up
90hp@(about) 3200rpm and 155@????rpm
VS.
200@6000 rpm 188@3600 rpm
i know the Supra should be able to take help me clear things up with him

90hp@3750 rpm, 155 ft-lbs.@1900 rpm.
There is a 487 lbs. wight difference, but I don't think the Jetta would win.

A chiped 130hp engine, with 170whp and 284 wlb-ft on the other hand

ohh yeah and btw what would be the top speed for that car
he says he had it up to 190km/h
which i don't really beleive
