Removing Honda Emblems

How do you do it? Because I was thinkin about either replacing it with a red Honda Emblem, or just taking it off altogether to make my car clean cut.

just take a flathead screwdriver and pry it off, be careful not to scratch the paint in the process. If you have a 90-91 you will have holes behind them ... so its pretty stupid to take em off completly unless you are gonna fill in the holes.

..if you're gonna use a screwdriver, at least cover the tip with electrical tap or something!

you can also use a hairdryer and some fishing line

my 88 rear hatch and hood had holes. ... when places on youer aftermarket emblem try using a bit of calk to seal it good to prevent previously mentioned water leaks and to make sure no one is taking that thing off without a good deal of effort.

Great trick is to grab a H emblem from the back of the 4th gen wagons there like a buck at a junkyard and put that on the hood. One of theses days i'll post it its like 2X as big but you never notice it unless your a 4thgen freak:flash:

I took my rear off using dental floss, it was mad easy. I have 2 holes now but oh well. I put nail polish gloss stuff around the holes so they wouldn't rust.
