?? Zc Question ??

ok, currently I have a sohc ZC engine block with d15b2 head on it,
im currently looking for a y8 head for my setup, the other head got ruined when I buddy tried adjusting my timing, long story,

anyways even though its a dx, I think my timing is off a tooth or so, because isnt a dx cam gear a tooth less or more than the SI ????

so what I want to do is switch the cam in the dx head back over to a a6, or sohc zc cam with the cam sproket so I am assured that the timing is the same.....


the head casings are exactly the same are they not?????????

i have always been told that the cam is bigger in diameter, i dont know about one less tooth or anything like that.
