h22 cams

which cams would show the best gains, or which are just overall better? type-s, skunk2 or crower... or any other you know of. im gonna be getting the swap within a couple months and i want to have all my parts purchased before then so i can have them put in during the installation.

are you n/a or boosted? i think only crower makes cams that work well with FI. otherwise if you are or plan on getting boosted, stick with the stock cams. if you stay n/a, i would say crower or jun. i wouldn't even consider the type s cams. (although i have a pair for sale if you're interested ). and i haven't heard many good things about skunk2.

the type s cams will make little, if any, difference on a base model lude, and even LESS for the type SH. the type SH aggressive set of cam lobes are .5mm taller than that of the base, and the type S aggressive cam lobes are .5mm taller than those of the SH, if i remember correctly. not worth it. by giving this info to you, i'm not helping myself trying to sell the type s cams i have, but if you want to buy these cams off of me for pretty cheap, let me know.

i want to stay n/a. and have you actually heard negative things about the skunk2's? a friend of mine has the stage 2's in his itr and he said it turned out well. with any cams i get, would replacing the springs be enough, or are there other internal parts i should replace?
