Those who have done the Kure Nismo
What did you use for an exterior paint colour? The instructions call for a mix (black with a hint of silver) but I don't have an airbrush. I normally use the TS spray bombs.
This question may be moot, as I'm thinking of building a street version out of this kit. There's so many extras with it, why not? Comes with 2 front bumpers, different levels of ground effects, etc. |

The KURE NISMO is not black?
I did not know that... Maybe gunmetal? But I don't think it's dark enough.... what's the ration they ask for in the instruction, tell me the exact color number I will try it at home and see if there's a close match in spray paint. |

Tamiya make Metallic Black in a spray can too, maybe you should check that out?
I have the Kure Nismo but haven't opened it, so can't help you too much there, I will look into it though. Ray

well my bro built one and i still have the instruction sheet and sure enough its a mixture of black and silver. 10 parts black to 1 part silver, so gun metal might be too metallic. the closet color i can on the color chart for the sprays is TS-40 metallic black.
