Re: Ford Crown Victoria Tennessee Patrol Car
From what I can see, it's looking good!
Best advice I can offer on the pics is to get a 'real' digital camera - the ones on cell phones don't offer much in the way of resolution, and they don't have the best quality for a given resolution. They always seem to take dark pics as well unless you have lots of light on your subject.

Re: Ford Crown Victoria Tennessee Patrol Car
Guys the cell phone camera is just a fill in until we can afford a "real camera" in your words I could improve the lighting by placing more lights to light the area up which is something I may do but for now I'm stuck with the camera phone not all of us can afford digi cameras on a spur of the moment flash or whim anyway it's not the machine but the operator this time so in future I'll prodive more lighting so you can see my subjects I can also up the resolution. TRBJ if you are asking what the poster is in the background if so, it's a Mack Superliner single drive hauling a single axle horse trailer, I sorry but I can't tell you much more than that as it's from an old Oct 2006 trucking magazine that I no longer have and was the winner for that month as the truck of the month.
I would like to thank you all for your input on the camera situation I promise you it will improve sometime in the future. Dingo1

Re: Ford Crown Victoria Tennessee Patrol Car
Looks good! Small suggestion for the rub strips, if you can use a single piece of masking tape along the borders, it will help you get a smooth, clean straight line. It's not always easy to run the tape, but it can help.
Pics are a 1000% better, too

Re: Ford Crown Victoria Tennessee Patrol Car
talieson, I do know all about the tape thing but this time it happen to be paint bleed and I didn't notice it until I hade dipped the body into the floor polish for the shine so I left it like instead of wrecking the whole lot with a redo, it's the only part I had to paint so I guess it ain't half bad a job anyway.
