WIP Audi A3

Sorry, I duno if we can post die casts in here or not? But i plan to just strip everythign and remake it to look like my car

I always wanted to build a A3 in 1/24 scale but no one sell A3 plastic kits. I found a company in germany that sell diecast kits that are made in HK. anyways I have gathered some parts ready to build this car.

heres a pic of the car with wheels off.



BBS Co's next to it



Planned mods:
Make new front S3 bumper
make side skirts
make Sline rear bumper and valance
Add RS4 tips
S3 seats instead of sline seats
BBS Co's
BBK kit
cf spoiler
repaint to black

Welly has a C30. Found them on ebay a few times through a Volvo dealer.

Great to hear you finally got your desired A3 model.
Your 1:1 looks very nice! Can´t wait to see the finished model!

Are you going to glue the doors shut as well and redo all panel lines?

BTW: As long as this thread is about building a model, i don´t care, if the basis is a Die-cast. From what i´ve seen here in the Die-cast forum, it´s more a section for collectors and not builders. Just my

Nice job so far! Please keep posting your builds in this forum! I don't care if it is die-cast, lexan, or clay as long as it is a build-up of a model.

i got wheels from stradasports.com

they are hobby design wheels.

i was happy that someone actually made replica BBS CO wheels!

anyways i gonna finish my Silvia build first before i get started with stripping the paint off the die cast
