Supplier of Tamiya Enamel Paints
I recieved my first order from Hobbyworld in Japan today, they were very helpful in getting me stuff, and as a bonus they will ship Tamiya Enamel paints worldwide, which HLJ and Hobbysearch do not.
I find these paint to be best for detail painting on cars and at less that 1 US dollar and 60 UK Pence each it'a bargin. Hobbyworld Website in English
