Angry 1994 buick

1994 buick century runs sluggish and dies. have changed plugs ,wires,icm,cam sensor,crankshaft sensor, and maf sensor. still has same problem. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP! 3.1 ENGINE

Does Anyone Know Where The Ecm Is Located On 94' Buick Century With 3.1

Have you checked the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure gauge?

Also check the Throttle Position Sensor.

Yes TPS can be tested. Using a voltmeter, you shuld have .5 volts @ closed throttle, voltage should rise a throttle is opemed, should have 5 volts @ Wide open throttle.
