Red color for the body, some after market rims, 4-5 spokes should look good. Multi color interior, nice seats, GT wing.

If you realy want a replica, then do it the way it should look like

Well, its hard to tell from that pic but the car seems to be sort of creamy not like pure white. If it is creamier, use TS Racing White. Its like a creamier white. But if it's just a regular white use Pure White.

If I'm not mistaken its pearlescent, No? well I know testors makes a pearlescent overcoat in their Boyd line. In any case, it does look like somewhat of a cream color, you could try using a tan or khaki colored base coat?

AMT Dodge Stealth is 1/25 scale, not 1/20 .
IIRC Lindberg did a 1/20 scale Stealth.

Shouldn't be a problem to do the AMT kit like the one on the pic.

they look white in the pic you posted.

just a suggestion. it's usually a good idea to blur licence plate numbers when posting a picture of a friend/relative/personal vehicle.
