Removing old decals over the car

Yea.. Im sure a lot of ppl here purchased their cars used, but anyways, the point is. I have soo many decals I wanna remove from windows, but they just seem eternally stuck. Any ideas how I can remove them besides scraping?

you need to use a straight razor blade scraper, and lots of windex.
Never scrap the glass dry, soak it and scrap it, you will have no problem.

If you have any glue left on the body/windows you can use this product called "Goo Gone". You can probably pick it up at walmart or home-depot. It works really well.

Hairspray will also remove glue/etc but I'm not sure how well it is for the paint job

When i painted my white hatch, i later took off my emblems after the car was painted like 6 or 7 months later, and i used goo gone to take off the excess glue and my paint was fine....

WD-40 will lossen the adhesive on the stickers then use a straight razor to take it off. It works really good.

Im with him, even on the paint. Dont really have to use windex, just some soapy water should work also. And also you need lots of patience.

I had the same problem when I bought my car. I used a hairdryer. It heats the glue up, it came right off after I heated it.
