1968 Buick Le Sabre

Is there any kit of the above mentioned car? Is there any kit of full scale GM cars of that year? Apart from resin conversion for AMT 67' Impala I could find nothing. Why isn't there any kits of these beautiful huge boats?

Re: 1968 Buick Le Sabre

Only big '68's were Chevrolet, Pontiac, Cadillac, Riviera, Plymouth Fury, Chrysler 300, Toronado, Eldorado. No Le Sabre made. There was a '66 Wildcat. Since most annual models made were done because the auto manufacturer ordered a promo of the particular car (after the promo run they'd produce the annual kit), blame Buick for not having a kit of the Le Sabre or Electra 225 that year.

I hope one day a resin caster will make one. I do not know how do they do the masters. I could imagine the bodies are carved in wood, but about grills, dashboards,..etc..etc.

Does RMoM make the lesabre? That's Replicas and Miniatures of Maryland. Google it and I'm sure they'll have a web site.

No. They make a lot of customizing accessories but nothing of that sort
