1999 Venture Blower switch only works on high

I have tried to replace the blower switch on the dash but did not fix the problem. The heat only works on the high setting and thats it. Maybe the motor???

Sounds like it might be the blower resistor. Here is some more info about it and a picture of it's location:http://autorepair.about.com/library/a/1h/bl251h.htm

Me too. I lost speeds 1 and 2. I forget whether it was no fan or the same speed as 3 and higher. New resistor pack did the job. I vaguely remember challenges getting some of the bolts back in place. I had to take the blower motor out. Removing the trim under the passenger side dash gives access. My Haynes manual helped. I didn't realize there were two resistor packs. I'm not sure which I changed.

Its the resistor module- the back two screws (5.5mm) are slotted to make it easier to replace- no need to pull screws all the way out....thay are a PITA to put back in...
