I think I've lined up a buyer

Well, I'm probably going to send my car down the road in a couple of months. It's just kind of getting old, though It has actually run mildly well since the summer. I'll be going on an LDS mission early next year, and be gone for 2 years. I've decided that this will be as good a time as any to sell this car, and then buy something a little newer and nicer when I return. Even after I told this guy all the problems with the car, he is still willing to pay $1k for it.

I don't blame you. Take the cash and run.

Re: I think I've lined up a buyer

I'm thinking of buying a nice LS1 trans am when I get back, but I'll see how money is then and where gas prices are. I've also entertained the idea of a fox body mustang with a 5.0, just to have the nemesis to my friend's 95 formula LT1

Re: I think I've lined up a buyer

Yeah, it will be sad to see it go. I mean, it is an utter piece of ****, but it's MY piece of ****.

I just need to move on while it still has some value. Plus, I've driven my friend's fourth gen LT1 too many times not to want one.
