Angry problems with cig lighter,fog lights, and horn

ive changed the fuse for the horn lighters and the fog lights and even bought new relays for the horn and nothing works still. i am totally clueless! ive done all that ive known to do so hopefully someone can give me some suggestions. thanks much luv and god bless!

Welcome to AF.

The only thing in common to all three problems would be abnormal battery power or a wiring issue in the engine compartment fuse box. You can change fuses all day long but that doesn't mean anything. You need to check to see if 12 volts is present at each fuse socket and/or relay socket using a multimeter (DMM). Anything else not working like stop lamps or interior courtesy lighting?

Also, check the battery positive and negative cables to include the terminals/posts at the battery and the red lead at the top of the engine compartment fuse box.
