rewire bumper light

ok...does n e one know how to hook up the bumper light so that it stays on wen head light is on?....i rewired it already so that the two bulbs on the bumper alternate while signaling....my max is equipped w/ fog lights.......thx!

alternate when signaling? thats original. never heard of that before
