wiper turn on by themself.
i have crown vic. 2003 . my wipers turn on by themselves even its on the off mode. and keep throwing the washer fluid. somebody told me its the wiper motor and other told me its turn signal switch. any body can help me with this i would really appreciate.

Here is part of the TSB that concerns that. The TSB is 05-4-9. So if there is no problem found there, replace the multi-function switch.
ISSUE: Some 2003 Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis vehicles may exhibit the windshield wiper turning on intermittently without activating the wiper switch. ACTION: Inspect the wiper motor and connector for signs of corrosion and/or moisture. If any corrosion or moisture are found, and the wipers exhibit an intermittent uncommanded operation, replace the wiper motor and connector/pig tail. If no visible sign of moisture or corrosion is present follow normal diagnostics in Section 501-16 of the Workshop Manual.
