turbo or Supercharged?

2002 GT 3800 Series 2

whats the pros on cons on either?
i mean... for 3 grand i can do a complete turbo system and boost her to around 500 hp
i found the kit on zzperformance.com
a little bit of work but i mean?

then i also saw the M90 supercharge add on kit for the GT's
just a little bit of PCM programming and the kits dirt cheep

i dunno what i want to do

just throw it out there
and i'll soak it up like dry sponge on water

Re: turbo or Supercharged?

First of all, I think you need to re-read the kit description on ZZP. Not only do you need the kit but you will need a new intake, new heads and a host of other items including a supercharger, all of which cost money. The turbo kit while more expensive would be the best choice given the simplicity of installation and performance that can be derived from the turbo.

Re: turbo or Supercharged?

Dont forget even with a turbo, since your running a GT, you can not simply bolt it on and push 20psi of boost, you will also need to look into supporting mods.
