Question Super sucker ice cold?

I just finished rebuilding my 67 327 sb chevy. Which is in a boat not a car.Anyway when i took it out for its first run it ran like a champ. Went out the other day and about 20 minutes in to a long run it started to run like crap and bog out?I noticed that the 2 inch 4 hole super sucker spacer i have on there was ice cold and had condinsation on its out side?Is this due to to much air and not enough fuel?Wondering if opening up the air fuel screws on the four corners of the 650 Sea Demon would help cure this problem? Or even running bigger squirters are needed?I am running a comp xtreme marine cam and it seems like to much air and not enough fuel?Any help would be great!
Thanks,Bob

Re: Super sucker ice cold?

More likely need jetting than idle mixture adjustment. You might need to change the venturi pods (if the Demons are interchangeable) to get a better vacuum signal. The longer duration of the X-Treme series might demand it at part throttle.
