2000 Explorer Idles slow

Hey my 2000 explorer was driving great then i went to start it next and it was only ilding at 400 PRM and would occasonaly die. Anyone know anything about this?

Use a screwdriver handle and tap thr Idle Speed Motor to see if it helps. If it does, replace the Idle Speed.
