Got so completely put off completeing this that I just stored it away for a bit, but now I'd like to share with you (finally), the completed photos.

Tried a few shots with black backing...

Very nice model! I like the finish and it's stance.

The pictures are nice too, however some of them are way to tightly cropped on the bottom side.

Re: Yamaha YZR-M1 '05 Anniversary Edition

Thank you all for the kind comments.

Rye 21: I agree, I think the black-backed photos are better.

jano11: Thanks. I really enjoy building the M1 and how it looks. I've taken your comment about it being too tightly cropped into consideration too. Those shots however are to try and give a close-up photo of some detail...it's hard to see the carbon weave from further away. Are you suggesting I frame those shots a little lower?

Thank you . I've learnt a lot from this build. Hopefully my next one I build will be free from all the "set-backs" I had during this one.

Re: Yamaha YZR-M1 '05 Anniversary Edition

Absolutely beautiful work!! Congratulations!!

But, for the next time you can try to put a carbon fiber decal under the front cowl, it is an area very exposed to the view so it would be a nice detail.

Keep the excellent work!
Roca.
