No dash lights, no radio or overhead

I have a 2000 chevy astro that the dash lights went out last night ( that was not fun in the dark) and I need some help. The overhead for compass and fuel mileage too! I looked at the fuses and they were all good. In the process of looking for a bad fuse I mad and slammed my hand down on the dash and then the radio went out. I heard the fuse pop so I went to put one in and that popped right away. So now I don't have radio or dash lights.

Start tracing the grounded wiring.
