Stradasports?

What's up with them? Placed an order June 9 and haven't heard anything. In the mean time I've changed my mind and sent an email to cancel but this is unusual for Kevin to not have been prompt in the first place. Any ideas?

I placed an order during May, he replied pretty fast telling me that some of the items were not available and I'll have to wait a week or so.
Than I had no news for a few weeks.
Emailed him and he told me he had to wait for other items too and that a part of my order was already sent and the rest will follow as soon as the items will be in stock again.

I'm not very happy with having orders accepted when the products are not readily available or at least deliverable in a few days, but that's life.

I've had no problems, just some wait time for items to come in stock.

Re: Stradasports?

I ordered a couple of HRM engines last month, didn't felt troubles, got the usual gentle feedback and quick service.

That sounds highly unusual, indeed. I suggest you try calling him. I ordered on 31 May to take advantage of the free shipping, then called to have him hold the order while I decided whether I wanted to add to it. Then I e-mailed my additional items and they arrived a few days later, so sometime in the first week of June. Everything operating smoothly at that time, but maybe something came up.

Good luck.

Re: Stradasports?

Kevin has always been awesome for me over 2 years and many orders.
EMails are always answered within 24 hours.

Send him email, there has to be some sort of miscommunication or error in the order or he would have sent you an email letting you know what is going on.

If Kevin knew there were an error, he would be communicating with you.

I posted the above the same time I sent an email to Kevin and I have a response. So appears just a miscommunication and I'm not sure why I missed his previous attempt to communicate with me but all appears resolved.

Re: Stradasports?

Kevin have an excellent service online, but I'm not very happy with having orders accepted when the products are not readily available too, but now I prefer to ask him about the availability before I make the order, he always answer me very fast. Thumbs up for StradaSports!

Re: Stradasports?

Never have had a problem with Kevin... Always fast with an order or a email update. I'm sure he will take care of you.... He may be having flood issues up there.
