Are 4th Gen. Civic and 2nd Gen CRX side mirrors interchangable? For example could I put CRX mirrors on my '90 hatch or do the require modifcation?

I used an 88 CRX passenger side mirror on my 91 hatch. It fits right on but if you look at it closely, you can see that its slightly different shaped. Also, you might have to drill a coupel holes in the plate where the mirror goes because screws are in slightly different places.
