Re: Best Place to buy Zero Paints?

If you don't want to take the time or cost to get 'em from the UK, look at Createx paints. They're airbrush ready acrylics and do the job well. In fact, I just finished my Repsol Escort Cosworth ('96) with flourescent orange and red and it turned out very nicely. I'll try and post some pics soon.

So, it is really necessary to wait (and wait and wait and wait and wait) for the a reply to the "Say, can you mix this paint code up?" email you're supposed to send before ordering a bottle of custom mixed Zero Paint? Or is Hiroboy just that backed up with custom paint mix requests that you have to wait 6+ mos for a reply?

I have no idea. Honestly, I've considered ordering, but hearing the stories about a lack of customer service input to questions makes me just say "no"...I'm sure I'm not the only one who is scared off from even bothering to buy from them.

Re: Best Place to buy Zero Paints?

Mine smells like lacquer; some of it's acrylic but what kind I'm not sure. I'll post photos soon.I just used regular lacquer thinner.
