Leaving this in your hands.

Big cross road for me right now. I am contiplating these two options. Option one to keep my 90 honda lx, and put serious money into that. Or buy a 91 honda crx, and put serious money into that. The crx is only about 5 grand. I know everyone might say well just do want u want, its up to you..but im really fucking confused, so please people help a brotha out. Peace

$5000 seem like a lot to pay for a '91 CRX. Does it has really low miles, or something.

Which Would You Rather Live In?

The question I ask is, "How often do you end up homeless?"
If you're about to pay 5 grand for a CRX, then that doesn't happen to you often. But if you burn up jobs, girlfriends, and other relationships the way I do, you know that life is much easier living in a Honda Civic LX than in a CRX.

I think the real question is what do you want to do with a car? Either one can look good, but it would be better to look at stick for a future race car. The change over from AT to manual is so expensive that it is better to buy a manual and sell the AT.

I'd sat keep the lx...that way your not buying somone else's problems...you allready know how the lx runs and what needs to be done to it.... if you own the lx allready that 5 grand would buy alot of stuff to make it how you want it.....rims, tires, struts ,springs,stereo...the list could go on and on....

i was gonna go out and look at junk yards and other places for an intact crx, but then that would be too much of a bitch to fix, ill give it a couple more days before i make up my mind. But with gunmens notion swirrling around in my mind, im kinda leaning towards that.

I dont think junkyards are allowed to sell cars. Its illegal to sell salvage cars atleast thats what the local junkyard told me.

This is the reason I dont have a 90-93 Integra right now ... plus insurance is cheaper on the 4 door.

And I have spent a lot of money getting my car running good and on amenities (R134 A/C --- 30 degree air ) So I am cool with it for now ... maybe if my moms accord dies (doubtful) I can convince my dad to let my mom mob the civic (she likes how small it is) and I can get a teg.

i would say stay with your sedan, if you were just comparing sedan and crx, i would say stay with the sedan and spend the xtra cash on the sedan. But seeing how you are comparing the auto and stick, i will say stick.
