Blower motor speeds

Blower motor omly works on setting 4 and 5 any ideas??

Blower motor resistor is bad. It is under the glove box area by the blower motor. It is a grey or black unit and I think it has a 2 wire plug in with black and orange or red wires. Simple to change, tight to get to.
