1971 camaro specs

This guy is selling me his 1971 camaro. I was just wondering what the HP is on this car i have did several searches but unable to come up with much. And also for this car being complete orginal and still running great just high miles is 3,500 dollars to much money to pay. My personal opinion is no, but just wondering.

Is it a '70 1/2 or a '71? If it's a '70 1/2 jump on it. Those cars are particularly collectible.

Here's the engine and HP ratings for early 2nd gen Z/28 and SSs. Emmisions regulations started sucking the HP out of these cars starting in 71.

1970 1/2
Z/28 350-360hp (8cyl-4V)
SS 350-300hp (8cyl-4V)
396-350hp (8cyl-4V)
396-375hp (8cyl-4V)
1971
Z/28 350-330hp (8cyl-4V)
SS 350-270hp (8cyl-4V)
402-300hp (8cyl-4V)
1972
Z/28 350-255hp (8cyl-4V)
SS 350-200hp (8cyl-2V)
402-240hp (8cyl-4V)

here's some more stuff:

Q: What engines were available for the Camaro?
