Take it back to where you got it and complain?
Contact Tamiya and complain?

I would probably do both myself.....

Final option, build it as a street racer, or get some after-market decals and build it with a different color scheme to what we usually see.

If this would happen to me, I would be very tempted to buy the renaissance Valentino Rossi / Michelin RAC rally car; it must be one of the most beautiful/funny liveries I have ever seen!

Ciao Olivier

Olivier,
That is actually a good idea, that Pug was cool, and unique in the fact that Rossi drove it.
Did you see this Escort though, also a Michelin car in an almost identical paint scheme

That's what makes the Rossi Pug even more interesting to me, the similarities.

Where do you live? If you're in the EU or the US/Canada, I think you can call Tamiya and tell them. They will send out replacement decals at no cost. That's if the store won't take it back.

Was the box sealed before you got it?
If the box is not sealed i'll always check it at the counter first before buying(OK if your not getting it sent from oversea of course !).
I have seen people opening kits at the back of shops and taking decal sets and rims/tyres and even body's without buying the kit

I'd be taking it back to where you got it and change it.
