2000 Old Alero

I have a 2000 Olds Alero, V6, 4 Door and the driver's side window keeps falling down and I have to put it up manually.

I was wondering what parts I would need to fix the window. Can anyone help me with the parts list. Thanks!!

The window is not attached to anything.

It sounds like the plastic sash clips are broken. We have several old threads on the issue so do a search. Here are a few to get you started.

Re: 2000 Old Alero

This is not a hard fix to do yourself. I've had 3 of mine fall down. 1 I had a shop do ($200) the other two I did myself ($137 for parts). It can be done in half an hour if you've done it before. The hardest part is removing the interior door panel, and it just pops out after removing 2-3 screws.
