well i tried it before but this is my reqal atempt at it. what dod i do to make it look batter?

1. twirl the CF 50-55%
2. higher the contrast and lower the brightness on the hood of the backround layer. 3. set the CF layer at Darken- 20-50% thats about it  good try

Has anyone tried messin with colored CF? I just did and I don't think it looks too bad. I would show you my attempt, but the pic I did it on has to stay a secret for another week. I'll post a pic of it once i can though.

i wanna see your secret chop.
i saw a colored carbon fiber hood once and it looks tight!!!!! it's a lot better than the plain black carbon.

well i still am tweaking with it, tryin to get it where it will show up better. The pic i did it on isn't that great of quality and is a small pic also. Ill try and do it on that Enzo and see how it comes out.

colored cf is not that hard to do, the reason for not doing it is that when people request a cf hood they ask it to be real, so far i've seen white cf and black cf in real

i saw a red carbon hood once on the web. i think it's either in cardomain.com or some other car site.

yea, there is like red, blue, and some other color CF hoods. That is why I asked. Don't want to mess with something that isn't real.

Can someone post some pics of realy carbon fiber hoods on cars compared to a chop? I never really compared to see the realism of the chops...
