Yet another ZC thread

I have enough money now to order an engine (applaudes in the background) and I think I am going to be looking into a ZC, because it is just more practical for me at this point. I found this...

ZC FULL swap motor tranny ecu axles
-port polish shave
-port match intake manifold
-welded & cc'd combution chamber
-4000 mi on rebuild new rings
-much more $1000 full swap

Good deal?

Unless you can take a look at that engine I wouldnt buy it. You dont know who did all the work on the engine and it how it was broken in after the rebuild. Buy a ZC from a dealer, then rebuild it to what you want and have that piece of mind.

Never buy an engine that has had anything like this done to it.
Unless you personaly know the person who did the work then there is no way of knowing if it was done properly.
and if they fucked it up then the only fix is a new head.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I e-mailed him the other day asking who did all the work and if it was raced. I don't think I am going to get it though. I was just asking, to see what everyone else thought on it. I always let the guys on the boards make the decisions for me

...it's just easier for me, 'cuase i don't have to think.

What do you guys think about the B20Z? I knew a guy with one in his 5g hatch and it was suprisingly quick, but he had a b18c5 head on it, Lol. Is there nuch aftermarket support for those engines, for N/A?

If there are any sites that you know of with information on this swap then please list them.
