Cool 68 Firebird

Happy with some of it, not so happy with some of it..lol.

Thanks for looking. I am still learning. And I think I learned quite a bit on this build and through the people on this site!

Its actually Krylon's Painter's Touch Navy Blue on a grey primer. Its a bit thick imo, and I must have stripped the body at least 3 times during the build to fix paint issues...lol. I went with this color since I had the same car at 17 yo. Dk. Blue. Mine was a POS and I only got to drive it 3 times before it hit the junkyard...haaha.

For future models I think I am sticking to Modeling sprays (tamiya, etc).

And for the weathering.. I used one of the Tamiya Weather Master kits (Soot, snow and dirt). First time ever trying something like that.

That 3rd picture you would think that is a real car. Nice work on this classic muscle car.
