strong antifreeze smell while driving, is this heater core?

Sounds Like it to me. After you drive a bit, feel the floor on the passenger side up near the dash. If its wet or damp then it gunna be the heater core.

it was the heater core ,I just finished replacing it. Thanks for the reply

Another way to tell if it's your heater core is if you get a buildup of "fog" on the inside of your windows that is hard to remove. After replacing a heater core and fixing the problem, you might have to work extra hard to get all that film off of your windows as it is quite hard in some cases to get rid of. A little elbow grease with a good glass cleaner often does the trick.
