1995 crown vic Wiper issues
hey guys went to leave for work today and my wipers would not move.
Well actually they moved up about 2 inches then sorta twiched up and down maybe a inch. sorta like the blades were stuck on the glass but the arm was trying to move. so I moved the arm thinking that was what it was and it stayed where i put it. Gotta get his fixed fast its gonna rain soon HELP!!!!!!

Called around and got some prices on a wiper motor around 70.00 but I'm not sure if its the problem. does anyone have any ideas?
is this model under the dash or under the hood?

Click here for information on changing the wiper motor. More than likely that is your problem. Ford has had a few TSB's on the motor. You also might want to look real close at the linkage to be sure it is not binging ot come apart.
