2 wheel or 4 wheel drive

hey guys, im thinking about getting a 2000 blazer 2wd. i was wondering if anyone knows how they perform in the snow.

if its anything like my (heavier) 4WD '97, it sucks when its in 2wd in the snow...unless you are trying to do donuts. thats with 180 lbs of sand over the rear wheels too.

if it has the g80 rear end it does ok but not great if you live where you get a good amount of snow i would look for a 4wheel drive

They're gonna peform like any other rear wheel drive vehicle in the snow. Get a 4x4. Never know when you'll need it.

thanks for the info. guess i should be looking for a 4x4 since i live in ny where the snow always comes.
