Differences Between S/C and Non?

Are there major differences between a non-supercharged Grand Prix and a factory supercharged one? Is it possible to just drop in one from a supercharged Grand Prix and be ok, or does the S/C version have bigger injectors, fuel pump, et cetera? Would I need to upgrade the computer or install something like MegaSquirt?

Thanks!
