Right and are based on the Mk1 but on the spanish tuning scene I often saw european cars transformed into pick-ups. Not my cup of tea but it exists

Re: Fujimi Golf II Pickup

I finished this project. It's not a very good build, but I like it.

Pretty cool, I like the idea a lot, you did a pretty good job on it, taking into consideration that it's not an easy job.

Did you use real wood for the floor?

Re: Fujimi Golf II Pickup

You know, with very little effort that could be a very believable second gen caddy/sport truck. I think it's a great effort, and you should be proud of it. I have a tamiya golf, and I think I'm going to build a truck out of it. only I'll stretch the chassis, and body sides, and make it a bit more "realistic" like it would be a concept, or phantom.

be proud of it, it looks great.

Re: Fujimi Golf II Pickup

I don't usually like pickups but the idea of a Golf pickup would get me to a VW dealer right away. Keep up the good work.

Re: Fujimi Golf II Pickup

That is one nice truck. I like the long bed. I can't really see the front of it. Is the front from a VW Golf also or a Passat? I also like your model pickup.
