Can Someone Tell Me How To Refill A/t Oil After Replace Filter
& Should I Change The Over Drive Oil Also Thank You

Take a look at that thread and see what the inside of the overdrive pan can get to looking like if you don't change your fluid.

After changing the gaskets and bolting the pans back up (make sure you fill the overdrive pan before bolting it back up), you put the drain plug in the main pan, fill through the higher fill hole toward the back of the main pan, start the engine and let it run for a few mins, put the truck in neutral with the brake on, and fill until it starts to trickle out the fill hole.
