Tamiya Enzo vs. Revell Enzo (German Mag Modell Fahrzeug)

Just bought The German Model / Die Cast Mag "Modell Fahrzeug",and they made a preview test of the Revell Enzo Prototype vs The Tamiya Kit.

i will connect my scanner later and post the pics here, some facts:

Revell Enzo:

-16,49€ (tamiya 51,40€ in germany)
-159 Parts
-doors do NOT open
-parts to open:hood, trunk, fully movebale rear wing

-width:84mm
-long:195mm
-height:48mm
(tamiya is 85,196,48)

from the pics i can tell so far :i dont really like the revell enzo, what else have you suspected?it looks too much like a bad fitting 1:64 child-toy then a high quality kit

okay, pics will be up later, lemme hear your opinions

There is no doubt in my opinion:

TAMIYA!!

I've got mine and I have no regrets!

It may cost more, but it's well worth every Yen/GBPound I paid for it.

Same as with Modena.
I didn't expect that it will be different this time.
Revell makes it for buyers who don't want to spend so muc money on kits.

I think Revell wont even be close to the Tamiya one !!!

I haven't seen the Revell kit but the Tamiya one is a true work of art ....i'd say it would take alot to beat it

but there is also a big price difference of course. For that price, Tamiya's better be perfect!

I stand by what I said earlier, huudo. You can be sure that you're getting what you pay for with Tamiya. Especially as they have blown their whole years development budget on this one, I guess they will want it to sell well.

I think the Revell Enzo will suck like the rest of their car kits.

BTW: Where do you buy this magazine?

Make the Tamiya kit more complete with Revell's trunk parts.
